GET TOGETHER EVENT
Getting together in the old town
In our small get together soiree on Tuesday September 27th at 17.00-20.00, organisations will have an opportunity to set up small stand-alones and desks to share news and findings. The get-together event will be held in Kehruuhuone, in the heart of old Lappeenranta Fortress.
Dress code: Smart casual
The idea of the event is – to get together! People have not seen each other f2f for two years, and we want to offer an unofficial opportunity to catch up, mingle and enjoy some snacks and refreshments. The program will include
-Welcoming words and Lappeenranta highlights
-History of the venue Kehruuhuone and the old Fortress the venue is located
-Jazz music in the background
-An opportunity to register to the Annual Forum
-An opportunity to chat with Lappeenranta tourism people at a small stand and find out the highlights of the city and, among other things, best places for dinner and entertainment
To see what topics the participant organizations can offer on the small stands that can be set up – this option is open to every organisation taking part in the Forum.
Everyone is welcome to join the event any time between 17-20, the short program will start ca 17.45. There are two meeting rooms also available at Kehruuhuone. In case you want to book one (free of charge) let us know!
